VBS Registration Form

*for students entering 1st Grade through 6th grade in the fall of 2026

VBS Dates: Tuesday, May 26 - friday, May 29

*due Sunday, May 10 (NO late registrations accepted)

Suggested donation is $30 per child, any amount is greatly appreciated. Checks can be written to United Lutheran Church; please write VBS in the memo, and drop off at the church office or drop box located outside the office. Thank you for your support!
